We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We check your pool equipment.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

Your Duties

Keep the pool equipment operating approving repairs when needed.

Report to us any observations of swimming pool issues.

Maintain correct water level.

Notes

There might be additional startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.

Monthly price is based on a 4 week month.

Full Pool Service Equipment and Chemicals

Homeowners can swap service plans from Full to Partial just contact us process the change.

From October till March of each year we offer twice a month service for Seminole residents.

Necessary Stabilizer & Filter Cleanings

Filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are imperative for most swimming pools in Florida. A few times per year we need to remove phosphates, perform a filter cleaning with acid and boost the stabilizer. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings cost $49 each quarter for those on a weekly plan.
